Return & Exchange Policy

At PopVerse, we take pride in offering fun, affordable 3D-printed models and fidget items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (3D Model Files)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange

  • If you experience a file corruption or download issue, contact us and we will provide a replacement file

2. Physical Products (3D-Printed Fidgets & Models)

  • Returns Accepted Only If:

    • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

    • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

    • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Returns Not Accepted If:

    • You change your mind after purchase

    • Minor cosmetic variations occur (common with 3D printing)

    • Damage is caused by misuse, heat exposure, or normal wear and tear

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items

  • We do not offer exchanges for colour preference or design changes

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the issue is verified

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

5. Proof Required

  • To process a return or exchange, we may ask for:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Order number and purchase confirmation

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or personalised 3D prints are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • This includes custom sizes, colours, or modified designs

7. Safety Notice

  • Our fidgets and models are:

    • Intended for general use only

    • Not suitable for children under 3 years

    • Not designed for excessive force or mechanical stress
